Our thesis
AI agents are the next paradigm of software, but the engineering tooling hasn't caught up. Agents fail in unexpected ways, at unexpected times. They are fundamentally different from both traditional software and standalone LLMs — they require a new set of tools for tracing, evaluation, and monitoring.
We started because we couldn't find a tool that treated agent observability as a first-class concern. The gap between prototype and production is where we live. We're building the engineering layer so teams can ship agents with confidence instead of crossing their fingers.
This is a long race. Many companies will try, in many shapes. We are patient, we ship quickly, and we measure ourselves on whether agents built on our tools fail less and matter more.
Our product
Our product is PandaProbe, an open-source agent engineering platform. Traces, evals, and monitoring — everything you need to debug, evaluate, and improve AI agents in production.
PandaProbe is our response to the agent engineering gap. Every feature we ship is driven by research and grounded in science. We decided to make it open source from day one because transparency is not a feature — it is the foundation.
